The World Nuclear Industry Handbook 2010 is now available from the publishers of Nuclear Engineering International.
This single-volume reference work includes data on all operating commercial nuclear power plants, including an extensive reactor-by-reactor guide; it also contains information about hundreds of planned and shut down plants. The book also includes tables of research reactors, fuel cycle facilities, contacts lists, and a 30-page buyers’ guide.
For the first time, the handbook also contains a section of market and project profiles, on global new-build, European life extension, the Laguna Verde upgrade, decommissioning of the Stade RPV, and more extensive summary tables.
As a result, the 2010 World Nuclear Industry Handbook is nearly 50 pages longer than the 2009 edition.
The handbook is free to NEI subscribers, or available for purchase for GBP110 from www.getthatmag.com/power.html
