Furmanite has been awarded a three-year valve maintenance and overhaul contract for the five BNFL Magnox sites.
The contract covers all outage and ad hoc valve repair services at Chapelcross, Dungeness A, Oldbury, Sizewell A and Wylfa, plus potential work at the shutdown Bradwell and Hinkley Point A sites. At the end of the contract, there is an optional extension of a further two years.
