The US Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved the transfer of two nuclear operating licences from previous owners Consumers Energy and operator Nuclear Management Company, to the new owner Entergy.
The approvals cover the Palisades Nuclear Plant and the Big Rock Point Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI).
