RWE Nukem has completed its acquisition of AEA Technology’s nuclear engineering business in the UK.
RWE Nukem, a subsidiary of German-based nuclear services group RWE Solutions (formerly Tessag), traded in Britain under the name of Nukem until 1st October. It said the deal makes it the country’s largest private sector nuclear engineering services provider, with over 900 staff engaged in annual sales of over £50 million.
