Further to NEI’s report , the Canadian Ministry of International Commerce has guaranteed, through its export support programme, up to C$328 million ($210 million) in loans to support work undertaken by Canadian providers to help complete Cernavoda 2 in Romania.
Construction of Cernavoda 2 is slated for completion by 2006.
