The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) proposes to purchase architectural design software; AutoCad Civil 3D (Revit) Architecture Software and 3 Licenses. The proposed effort will provide the NRC with design presentation efforts and the ability to review critical on-time and on-budget project delivery.
The period of performance for this effort is one year beginning October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011. This notice of solicitation is a request for quotes. A final determination not to award this proposed procurement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this solicitation must show clear and concise information and should be advantageous to both the vendor and the Government. The evaluation criteria will be lowest cost/technically acceptable.
