The brochure for the NEI FIRE & SAFETY 2001 conference includes a reference to a fire at Vandellos 1. However, the photograph used shows Vandellos 2. We would like to make it clear that: •Vandellos 1 and 2 are technically different, being a GCR and PWR respectively.
•The plants have different owners and different management.
•During 2000, Vandellos 2 had a capacity factor of 87.42% with zero unplanned scrams.
