GSE Systems won a US government contract to improve a USNRC GE simulator.
The tender scope included:
– improving the computer technology
– improving the reactor core and reactor thermal-hydraulic system models
– providing a digital control room for the simulator that is similar to the distributed control systems (dcs) to be used in the new reactor plants.
