During a visit to Lithuania, Ukrainian prime minister Anatoly Kinakh told Lithuanian prime minister Algidras Brazauskas that Ignalina plant operators would be welcome to go and work at the Khmelnitski 2 and Rovno 4 (K2R4) units, following the eventual shutdown of Ignalina.
