Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) has entered into a license agreement with GP Strategies Corporation for use of its GPM PRO maintenance technician training course materials. The system will be used to train mechanical, electrical and I&C technicians for plants in Korea and the United Arab Emirates.

Course materials include detailed and illustrated student guides, instructor guides, instructor presentations, written exams and hands-on lab guides. GP Strategies is supplying KEPCO Plant Services and Engineering Company, Ltd. with courseware licenses for 48 mechanical, electrical and I&C maintenance courses.

Eric Rodgers, senior vice president of GP Strategies, said: “Through this agreement, KEPCO KPS is able to access the intellectual property of GP Strategies and leverage this expertise to advance their corporate enterprise. We look forward to the continuing development of the KEPCO KPS-GP Strategies relationship and additional opportunities to support KEPCO KPS in Korea and the UAE.”
