Bulgaria’s Energoproject has published a detailed report for building a new nuclear plant. The group of experts and organisations which will take a final decision on its construction is yet to be decided, according to energy agency chairman Ivan Shilyashki. The report will be submitted for discussion to the next session of the council of ministers.
