Toshiba's Westinghouse plans

Japan’s Toshiba is expected to acquire 51% of nuclear manufacturing group Westinghouse following the selection of Toshiba as the preferred bidder in the BNFL sale.

The balance of the equity is expected to be held by multiple and international groups. The number of companies involved has not been disclosed.
