Media reports from the UK have suggested that Premier Tony Blair will resurrect the debate over nuclear energy if his government is re-elected on 5 May.

The government has consistently refused to expand on its position as set out in a white paper two years ago, but a senior source reportedly told BBC News that Blair would raise the issue in June or July, when the government has to respond to its climate change policy review.
