The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to award a commercial contract to the National Council of Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP) to update and complete the SC 64-22 Draft Report, “Development of Effective Effluent Monitoring and the Environmental Surveillance Program.”
This draft report was started by NCRP under a grant funded by NRC, but was discontinued at the time due to funding constraints. In its current state of completion this report is proprietary to NCRP, and as such, is not available to the public.
