Completion of Fellside Boiler Park.
Scope of work comprises the Design, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction, Delivery and Commissioning of Fellside Boiler Park. The proposed Contract shall comprise a number of phases as follows:
Phase 1 – Initial phase will be due diligence of assessment and design work, preparation of construction and commissioning phase plan, define and agree the Target Date and the total of the Prices.
Phase 2A will be general support up to sanction, procurement, design and advanced construction works.
Phase 2B will be Construction, Commissioning, Training Operators, Final test and completing documentation.
Phase 3 will be Learning from Experience (LFE), Call-off support.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 4 000 000 and 8 000 000 GBP.
