The engineering division of Rosatom – ASE EC JSC, ASE JSC, Atomenergoproekt JSC and Atomproekt JSC – confirmed on 11 April the successful implementation of a unified integrated management system (IMS) that meets the requirements of international standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018. The audit took place in a face-to-face and remote format in the form of an open dialogue between departments and representatives of the certification body. Despite the complexity of this format, all the participants showed high professionalism and promptly provided the requested information on the functioning of the system, ASE said. The organisation of work on the audit and support of the audited units was carried out by the employees of the integrated management system of JSC ASE EC under the leadership of Quality Director Sergei Gushchin, who oversees the development of IMS in the Engineering Division.
The Certification Association "Russian Register", which conducted the audit, issued a single certificate of conformity dated 03/15/2021 No. 21.0361.026, as well as separate certificates for each of the four organisations that passed the audit. The auditors of the Russian Register noted the strengths of the IMS, such as maintaining a stable internal corporate environment, the functioning of the knowledge management system, the participation of senior management in maintaining and developing an integrated management system.
As a result, the auditors concluded that the current integrated management system is functioning effectively and complies with international ISO standards, as well as the requirements of the Rosatom certification system Rosatomregister.
