The New Hampshire Public Utilites Commission (NHPUC) is currently seeking a manager for the sale of North Atlantic Energy’s (a subsidiary of Northeast Utilities) 36% interest in Seabrook. The NHPUC also said efforts are underway to coordinate one common sale of all the ownership interests in the plant.
Over the past year Navigant Consulting of Chicago managed the sale of Nine Mile Point, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter managed the Indian Point 2 sale, and J P Morgan Chase the sale of Millstone. J P Morgan Chase is currently managing the sale of Vermont Yankee.
