Tecnatom has become the controlling owner of Metalscan, a non-destructive
testing company, and will achieve 100% ownership of the firm in four years’ time. Metalscan boasts customers from a wide range of industries.
As part of the move, Tecnatom also gained control of Multi2000, a firm created in conjunction with the French Atomic Energy Commission to develop and market ultrasound array systems.
